(Summary: A priest who endorsed Fiducia Supplicans and a Bishop who is an eager Synodality enthusiast – a match made in the Apostolic Vicariate of Southern Arabia)
In December of 2023, the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith (DDF) under Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandez (Tucho) & Pope Francis (Bergoglio) issued Fiducia Supplicans, an encyclical that allowed blessings for same sex attracted couples. A priest from St. Mary’s Parish in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) defended the document from the pulpit during a homily at Mass which I attended (I was employed in the UAE back then).
I detailed my angst in a letter to the then Bishop, Paolo Martinelli in a lengthy letter which I posted to a website I went on to create later, seeing that the Bishop’s office refused to entertain my complaint citing its anonymity. You can find the letter here.
The letter apart from detailing why defending Fiducia Supplicans was a horrible idea by a priest, also bought out the harm done to the faith by the Bergoglian papacy, which since the Pachamama incident (at least to my limited awareness back then) was spiralling out of control.
In the letter, which was later published on my website, I refrained from naming the priest on account of a charitable affection I had for the parish I attended. I have now learnt that the same priest, has now been promoted to the rank of Parish Priest.
St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is perhaps one of the most attended Catholic Churches in the world, boasting approximately 300,000+ parishioners, most of whom are expatriate Catholics from all over the world, with Masses that are well attended – especially on Feasts such as Christmas, Easter, New Years, etc. The Church has Masses in a variety of languages (except, you guessed it, in Latin). The Church is usually packed to capacity on weekends and special days such as those mentioned above, having a very diverse community.

Meaning, Bishop Paolo Martinelli is huge on Synodality. Here he is, emphasising how Catholics in Dubai, can coexist through Synodality. And in 2024, here he is speaking on behalf of human fraternity Again in 2024, here he is with Pope Francis ensuring the UAE is in the forefront of Synodality, and here he is with Pope Leo XIV.
With great ‘Synodality’, comes great ‘Dialogue’, ‘Unity’, and ‘Ecumenism’ (Inter Faith meetings, aka Religious Indifference) and Bishop Martinelli is never known to disappoint. Here he is visiting the Abrahamic Family House, and here he is inaugurating a Hindu Temple (recall that Novus Ordo Watch, a sedevacantist website published this previously on their website).

And now he has promoted Fr. Escalada, a priest who has proved himself by being an outspoken defender of Fiducia Supplicans & it’s diabolical “blessings”.
Put two and two together and the picture becomes clear. Orthodoxy is to be side-lined and ignored. While those who are loyal servants to the Bergoglian heterodox, modernist agenda are to be elevated and promoted to higher office, so that novelty and heterodoxy becomes the norm.
To cite Chris Jackson, we are witnessing the global “cementing” of the Bergoglian catechesis. Meanwhile Neo-Cons & Trad Inc. fawn over how smooth Leo was at the consistory, how nice he was to the Cardinals, and other such juvenile & irrelevant this-and-that (see the twitter post by Christine Niles below), while the revolution marches unabated under the new Warden (to cite Stephen Kokx’s analogy).

Mary Co-Redemptrix and Mediatrix of all graces, pray for us.
Ave Maria
